ECON Academy 2023 - Are you ready to change energy? For real?

This year, we have something special in store for you. Next to an exciting insight into sustainable energy and the hydrogen business, you will have the chance to receive a job offer at the end of the event. Join us at Schloss Hemmersbach for an extraordinary event, where you'll not only be able to take your skills to the next level, but also discover your passion for the energy business and consulting.

Expand your knowledge: Our Basic Consulting Readiness Training, we will prepare you properly to solve a challenging real-life consulting case on the hydrogen business. Together with other participants, you will evaluate the growth potential of this core business and identify relevant next steps for E.ON. As business cases are a typical part of consultant life (and our recruiting process), we will guide you through the challenges and pitfalls of this task.

Secure your job offer: You will have the opportunity to attend our Recruiting Day on Friday. You will be guided through the process and, if successful, you will leave with a job offer in your pocket.

Before the event , there will be an initial interview (45 minutes), after which you’ll be informed if you’ve been invited to the event. During the interview, you will have the opportunity to discuss the possibilities of joining our company, our current project portfolio, our mutual expectations, and other topics.

Together we aim for the seemingly impossible: The energy transition is one of our most pressing challenges. We must act now, to ensure a better future! One thing is clear: We can’t do it alone. Your profile:

• You are an enrolled Master’s student in your final year, a PhD or MBA candidate, or a young professional with an outstanding academic record

• You are inspired by business challenges and enjoy solving complex problems for the benefit of society
• You are curious and can’t wait to apply your theoretical knowledge to transform the energy industry.

• You speak fluent English and are highly communicative within a team.
